Lifelong Home Renovations
Homes designed, built or renovated with care contribute to families who are healthy, comfortable and safe. Kirsten Shaw, general contractor at Lifelong Home Renovations, learned this often-overlooked concept through nearly two decades of a career teaching life sciences at ASU, researching environmental microbiology, performing sick building syndrome forensic investigations, teaching building science to home builders and weatherization crews, and as a general contractor dedicated to making homes and small businesses better than just beautiful.
People spend more than half of each day in their homes. It only makes sense that the home environment is one of the major influences on a person’s health and well-being. The quality of a person’s life is closely linked to the quality of their home.
Additionally, as she watched her parents and family friends age, she saw how important a home that was safe from slips and falls is for safety. So, Kirsten learned about future-proofing homes for aging and became a certified aging-in-place contractor.
All work completed by Lifelong Home Renovations is performed by licensed, insured trades professionals, not just Jack-of-all-trades-master-of-none.
